The entire order process can take approximately 2 - 3 working days and below is a guide on our order process. We also want you to have in mind that orders can also be affected by external factors beyond our control such as:- Bank Delays, Transport strickes, Depot Backlogs and inclement weather.
E-mail us your requirment and we will respond within 24 hours with price quote. Quotes are only valid for 7 days due to fluctuation in fuel prices.
In order for your order to be confirmed & processed, We need Proof of payment of Full amount into our account.
NOTE: Fund must reflect in our Bank account before we can begin processing your order.
We notify our shipping/delivery company & depot to get container ready and we make inspected payment to the delivery/shipping company to proceed with your delivery.
Release documents are issued which are forwarded to you. These must accompany your driver upon collection/pick up from depot.
Should your nominated transporter/deliver be collecting, we will require the following information:
-Driver name and ID number
-Truck and trailer make, model and registration number.
NOTE: Remember to ensure that your driver has all the supporting documents(release documents,ID,company letter etc.
Should we be delivering, we will require the following information.
-Preferred Date of Delivery
-Preferred Time of Delivery
-Physical Address of Delivery Location
-Contact Person responsible for receiving the Container.
NOTE: Please ensure all the parties are notified of the delivery as there is a R500 per hour waiting fee levied by the transporters for any delays.
